Hallin Marine carried out all detailed planning, positioning and engineering procedures and execution of the installation of the PLEM (Pipe Line End Manifold) connecting Spool and the Flexible flowlines to install in the Jasmine Field offshore in the Gulf of Thailand. Hallin Marine contracted by CUEL to provide the subsea construction and installation service able to carry out the successful installation of the flowlines to allow the operator to achieve first oil.
