Platform Inspection, North Sea for Acergy
Acergy awarded Hallin Marine the contract for supply of ROV and support services for installation of an inspection class vehicle onboard the BP Andrews Platform and the Acergy vessel the Acergy Petrel to perform platform inspection works.
Activities included cathodic protection recording, flooded member detection and general visual inspection of the platform. Two Lynx systems were utilised in a range of water depths up to 100 metres.
