Purpose of Job :
- Managing and updating current and new equipment/system certification, PMS and documentation.
- Implementation of maintenance schedules and ensuring records are updated timely.
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring all equipment certification and testing are in date as per industry requirements.
- Work/Plan with Equipment Manager in assigning technicians to conduct tests on equipment.
- Prepare Equipment documentation packages for systems prior to mobilization to projects.
- Ensure implementation of scheduled PMS on equipment.
- Ensure that offshore equipment documentation copies are kept in date and are reflected on the onshore copies.
- Conduct regular inhouse system audits as specified by IMCA and maintain records of such.
Knowledge/Skills/Attributes/Experience : (include the necessary knowledge/skills and desired attributes and experience)
- Preferable tertiary qualification in an engineering discipline.
- Basic knowledge of operation of diving systems.
- Knowledge of quality audit process with experience in conducting internal audits.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Sound technical writing abilities.
- Proactive and positive attitude towards health and safety.
- Thorough knowledge of MS office programme and versatile in the use of computers.
