Hallin Marine provide Dynamically positioned Vessel to support ROV Operations for the installation of Concrete Mattresses on the seabed for the HK Electric Submarine Gas Pipeline Project offshore Hong Kong. Hallin Marine were contracted by Saipem to carry out the installation works ahead of the main Saipem pipelay barge and the works were successfully and safely completed.
