It is Hallin’s policy to act to the highest ethical standards at all times and we are always conduct our negotiations and transactions in an open, fair and honourable way and expect these standards to be reciprocated.
Hallin employees and agents will always seek the best possible deal for the Company from suppliers within the boundaries of good business practice and taking into account local custom and the environment.
The employees and agents will never solicit or accept benefits other than for the Company itself and any supplier offering any inducements to an individual or to anyone other than Hallin or one of its subsidiaries will immediately be struck from the Company’s list of suppliers. Any concern a supplier or potential supplier may have with regard to any aspect of a relationship should immediately be referred to Hallin’s chief operations officer.
