Hallin Marine agrees to keep information confidential and not to disclose it without your consent. We may disclose it to any third party we commission or sub-contract as long as we do so in circumstances of confidentiality. We may also disclose your name, your relationship with us and the nature of the work we have undertaken for you in any of our own marketing.
We shall not be under any obligation of confidence about matters that are in the public domain or of which we were already aware. We shall not be in breach of our duty to you if we have to disclose information which you regard as confidential to an official body or Court I understand that Windy Tree has the right to withdraw any of its services with immediate effect if they feel any of the terms and conditions have been breached, and that a fee will have to be paid to cover work to date from when the contract is terminated.
