Hallin has developed, with its partners, and is now building, the Derwent Compact Semi Submersible to meet today’s and tomorrow’s demands from the subsea industry.
The Derwent is designed to respond to the need for greater flexibility along with the capability to provide cost effective solutions in both subsea services and well intervention.
It will provide multiple subsea services that support the oil operators’ desire to improve production and reduce costs with a weather working capability that significantly exceeds that of similar length units.
The Derwent is designed to be a lower cost alternative to large DSVs and traditional Semi Submersibles.
